In 1978, Carlos Vitor Ferreira da Silva, an accountancy expert, invited Janir Adir Moreira, a specialist in taxation area, to create a company dedicated to assets management and general accountancy.

In 1992, Janir left the company to create his own law firm. By that time, Previsa started to count on Mr. Lafayette Vilella de Moraes Neto, an accountant technician who was a specialist in fiscal intelligence, to be the technical director and recently, majored in law.
